Depth of Field

Depth of field is the distance between the nearest and furthest objects and how the camera focuses them.

-this picture has a low depth of field because the stick and rain drops are clear and up close and then the person in the background is blurred out so you can focus on the stick and rain drops.

- in my own photography it will help make pictures more clear and make things look more soft.

  1. high depth of field would have the image in the front blurred and the background would be clear.
